Wow! Alternate top-bottom effect in this fantastic fan cake! Time rain with white/green/gold strobe willow mine at the bottom and then go with red and blue dahlia with green strobe, brocade crown king, yellow/green/purple dahlia, crackling willow at the top. Absolutely awesome!
